Introducing a case of training new employees who can understand AI and plan DX projects!
A major financial institution (internet bank) needed a training program that not only focuses on technical aspects but also connects with business challenges, allowing data scientists to develop a broad understanding within the company. As a result, we conducted one-day online training sessions starting with the basics of "Introduction to DX/AI" and "Introduction to DX Projects," as well as case studies on "Visual Inspection" and "Work Style Reform." The survey results showed an average satisfaction score of 4.7 out of 5 for the training, and an average skill proficiency score of 3.7 out of 3.
