Request your free sample here → https://www.issin-ind.com/form/ Please refer to the information below to specify the size and tip shape. https://www.issin-ind.com/cs_rubber.html There are two types of tip rubber: Type B (white) and Type U (orange). Type B also comes in an anti-static version (light green). The tip rubber is made of a very soft, self-adhesive rubber. Since the tip rubber does not contain silicone, there is no concern about contamination from siloxane. Type B can be cleaned with the dedicated cleaner solution [Clintor SG] and can be used repeatedly for a long time. Type U should be wiped clean with water or alcohol. If speed of work is a priority, please transfer foreign substances onto the transfer sheet. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.

Company information
Ichin Production Co., Ltd. was founded in 1967 and has been manufacturing and selling tools that remove dust and debris from work processes using a specially formulated adhesive rubber. This adhesive rubber is different from products like adhesive tape in roll form, as it is not disposable and can be cleaned and reused. Additionally, unlike products made with silicone, it has strong adhesive properties (which can also be made weaker) and, being a self-adhesive material, it does not peel off and contaminate the surfaces it comes into contact with. These characteristics are valued across various industries, from food to advanced electronic components. To meet our customers' needs, we offer a wide range of products. We also sell rollers individually for customers who wish to incorporate them into existing production lines or new machinery. Please feel free to consult with us.
