What kind of organizational culture should we develop?" "I want to create an organizational culture where talent can work vibrantly, but I'm not sure how to proceed. I would like consistent support for a process of organizational culture reform that matches the current situation of our company." 2. Service Content: We will conduct awareness surveys and diagnostics regarding the workplace environment, plan and manage employee training necessary for organizational culture reform, and provide advice and guidance on the transformation process. 3. Duration: Minimum of 6 months 4. Fees: Subscription model at 300,000 yen per month. However, if the number of interviewees for the employee awareness survey regarding the workplace environment exceeds 30, we kindly ask for an additional fee of 10,000 yen for each additional person.
