The themes include logical and systematic thinking skills necessary for problem-solving, approaches to business model reform and organizational culture reform, leadership and communication skills essential for organizational management, as well as project management, financial management, and business environment analysis skills. We design and implement management training from a rich menu of options. 3. Duration: Frequency of 1 to 2 times per month, lasting from 4 to 12 months depending on the number of training sessions conducted. 4. Fees: Subscription model at 300,000 yen per month.
