Our company conducts building confirmation and inspection services. Building confirmation is one of the systems established by the Building Standards Act. It is the procedure to verify before construction whether a building, such as a house or a building undergoing new construction or renovation, is safe and meets technical standards. Specifically, this involves checking design documents and other related materials. 【Scope of Services】 ■ Building confirmation, interim inspection, completion inspection, and provisional use certification for buildings with a total floor area (for extensions, the floor area after the extension) of up to 10,000 m².
