Transparent acrylic resin is ideal for explaining internal structures and verifying manufacturing processes and experimental procedures.
We process materials such as acrylic, polycarbonate, and PET to manufacture parts like covers, windows, and doors for experimental devices, machine tools, and measuring instruments. Unlike metals such as iron, the biggest advantages of resin covers are that they do not rust and are transparent, allowing visibility of the interior. They protect against debris from processing while enabling confirmation of the manufacturing and processing stages. Since they are easier to process than glass, we can create covers tailored to the shapes of devices and equipment.

Company information
At Miyabi Kogei, we process plastic materials such as acrylic, PVC, PET, and polycarbonate, as well as aluminum composite panels and MDF. We value our customers' preferences and are passionately committed to careful craftsmanship through manual processing. We accept orders starting from one piece, so you can use our services for development, prototypes, and unique items. Of course, we can also accommodate larger batches of several hundred pieces. We accept orders in 1mm increments, ensuring that the products fit perfectly in the installation space. In addition to basic processing such as cutting, bending, solvent bonding, and NC processing, we can also combine various techniques such as visible light polymerization bonding, silk printing, engraving, sticker processing, and sandblasting. Furthermore, in June of the 5th year of Reiwa, we introduced a new laser processing machine, allowing us to handle thick materials up to 20mm and fine engraving as well.
