We would like to introduce a case study of the business improvement service 'DXMini' utilized in the manufacturing industry, where handwritten entries on paper work reports led to omissions and missed submissions. After implementation, the check function prevented omissions and mistakes. By converting to a web form, we reduced the workload of office staff. Daily report data is exported in CSV format, enabling integration with other systems.
