We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "heat-resistant belt conveyor." This conveyor transports gel-like cylindrical resin with a diameter of approximately φ50. Since the temperature of the molten material reaches around 120°C, we used a heat-resistant belt (Tynest belt). The Tynest belt is made from aramid fibers and possesses flame-retardant, heat-resistant, and self-extinguishing properties. It is used for transporting high-temperature items, such as metal products subjected to heat treatment, or in processes involving the heat treatment of resins, as in this case.
