Detecting misalignment in printing machines! A case where preventive measures can be taken to avoid issues.
We would like to introduce a case where a feedback system solution was able to reduce printing misalignment. The customer's concerns included issues such as "persistent defects after reflow" and "when printing or assembly defects occur, information is not communicated between machines, leading to delays in countermeasures." After implementation, we received feedback such as, "Thanks to the inspection machine (AOI) feedback function, we were able to minimize the production of defective boards." 【Case Overview】 ■ Results - By communicating the printing misalignment results from the inspection machine (SPI) to the printing machine, we were able to correct the misalignment and reduce misalignment in subsequent boards. - We can detect the amount of misalignment at the printing machine and take preventive measures in advance. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
