Visualization of human work in production factories! Detection of worker positions and entry/exit judgment using a single camera.
"I want to visualize the operational status of work by area and improve efficiency decline." "I want to automatically record the work area of workers and analyze the quantity, time, and cost of each task." The key points for solving these issues are that it can be implemented easily and immediately without burdening the site, and that cost-effectiveness can be expected. With the 'Human Tracker' 'Full Body Mode' feature, it is possible to detect the position of workers and determine entry and exit with just one camera, as well as automatically record work logs. By linking with lamps, they can light up when entering the area and turn off when exiting. [Challenges and Requests Before Implementation] ■ I want to visualize the operational status of work by area and improve efficiency decline. ■ I want to automatically record the work area of workers and analyze the quantity, time, and cost of each task. ■ I want to reduce variability in routine tasks and improve productivity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Acuity Inc. thoroughly decomposes and analyzes elements based on a wide range of sensing technology options and a vast number of implementation cases. By identifying the essence of challenges, we select the optimal methods to solve current issues. We create new value. "Seeing is changing." Our solutions address challenges by observing people, objects, and systems, using quantified data as a basis for resolution. For example, in performance testing of manufactured products, we provide systems for displacement measurement, static testing, and three-dimensional measurement as methods to solve issues related to reducing man-hours, improving efficiency, automation, and traceability. For motion analysis, gaze analysis, and automation of visual inspections, we consistently handle factory DX with manufacturing-specific solutions such as AI-based appearance inspection and image processing systems, as well as human detection systems.
