Ms. Works Co., Ltd. is a company that handles everything from design to construction for exterior work in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. There were two major challenges in site management. One was understanding the site conditions and instructions. The site supervisors had a large number of sites to manage within a short construction period, making it difficult to visit all sites regularly. The other challenge was managing construction photos. The responsibility for taking and storing site photos often fell to the individual in charge, leading to concerns about forgetting to keep a record of the photos.
