We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation at Tohshin Corporation. Before the implementation, we felt a loss of time when arranging and requesting construction work, as it required contacting all stakeholders, including employees and craftsmen. After the implementation, the number of phone calls for arranging and requesting construction work, which was originally a challenge, has significantly decreased, allowing us to reduce the time spent on phone communications. Previously, at least three phone calls were necessary for a single request, but now it can be handled in one talk. Additionally, during the operation, we provided individual lectures to our long-time contractors in order.
