Web version of the Unsafe Factor Ranking
The "Error Factor Dock" is a web-based safety inspection that allows for the ranking of weak points that can lead to accidents or mistakes, which can be assessed and easily managed online. All examinees receive feedback on the rankings of their weak points determined by the "Dock" (which consists of 16 questions). Additionally, we provide administrators with reports that include surveys for examinees and the occupational safety goals and declarations set by the examinees. 【Contents】 ■ Survey: "Current occupation," "Years of experience in current occupation," "Accident history within the last three years," "Near-miss history within the last three years," "Concerns in job performance" ■ Dock: Examinees answer 16 questions, leading to a ranking from 1st to 5th place for each of the five items ■ Occupational safety goals and declarations: Examinees declare their "occupational safety goals" based on their rankings *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company aims to develop businesses that are "useful to society." We anticipated the information age early on. Boldly challenging the potential of computers, we developed the "OD-style safety test" to conduct driver aptitude assessments in response to situations that are expected to worsen with the development of car society. The systems developed since then have adhered to the corporate philosophy of "for the benefit of humanity," serving as a warning to a society that only enjoys material wealth. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries.
