Lubricating oil used in machinery deteriorates over time and its performance decreases according to usage hours. Since the deterioration of lubricating oil or the contamination with impurities often leads to machinery troubles, understanding the condition of the lubricating oil helps in avoiding such issues. Many types of lubricating oil analyses are possible, including engine oil, turbine oil, hydraulic fluid, and gear oil. We offer two types of analysis packages: standard analysis and precise analysis. The standard analysis provides possible causes and countermeasures based on the analysis results of color, kinematic viscosity, moisture, and impurities. The cost is ¥5,000 per sample. The precise analysis examines kinematic viscosity, moisture, oxidation, contamination level, metal analysis, etc., and provides a three-tier comprehensive evaluation. This allows for the diagnosis of equipment and lubricating oil, contributing to the preventive maintenance of machinery.
