Isn't what is happening in the process a black box? Visualization of the process is achieved with RFID!
Factory Manager M: "It seems that there is still no report on yesterday's work performance. What's going on?" Site Manager T: "I'm sorry, but we had equipment trouble yesterday, and the performance report has not yet come from the site." Factory Manager M: "Equipment trouble, you say? I haven't received any report about that. What's happening?" Site Manager T: "I apologize for the late report. The main equipment was down, and the site was in chaos. I will ensure that a report is made as soon as possible." Haven't you had experiences like this? Delays in communication can lead to decreased productivity and further issues. These problems are not solely due to issues in the management system, but rather because an environment has not been created where managers and responsible parties can quickly grasp the site situation. So, why not use RFID technology to visualize this?
