An advanced simulation environment assists with "transformation and challenges"! The development period for new products is halved.
At the Material Handling Division of Tsubakimoto Chain Co., we leverage the technology we have cultivated to engage in transportation, specifically the movement of goods. In the development methods for creating prototypes, there were three main challenges. To address these challenges, we considered development in a virtual space. As a result, we decided to adopt 'FlexSim,' which allows us to simulate almost all processes up to market launch. As a result of the implementation, we experienced a development period that felt reduced to less than half. Additionally, development can now be carried out with a smaller team than before. **Main Effects of Implementation:** - Development period for new products is halved - Knowledge sharing and consensus among team members - Feasible estimates under actual conditions *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
