Even if it were possible, the methods mostly relied on manually collecting data from monitoring logs into Excel or depending on self-reports from participants, which led to increased post-processing effort and issues with ensuring accuracy. By using "Jitman," it is possible to automatically and in real-time measure "who participated" in online training and "how long they participated," with the results being exportable to CSV. This can be used for managing class hours and tracking online support time records.
