We will learn what stress is and convey the importance of self-care to maintain mental health.
Focusing on interpersonal relationships, which are a cause of mental health issues, we can confirm our communication styles and thought patterns through assessments and discussions based on transactional analysis theory, and identify methods to avoid falling into mental health problems. At the same time, we will cultivate a mindset to support others while confirming the relationships and environments where we can seek help and advice during difficult times. We will share the mindset and know-how for building trust with customers and colleagues that we have practiced for many years at ANA. An experienced instructor with knowledge required in psychological professions, who has been involved in the development of human resources for ANA Group employees, will be in charge. We will convey ways of thinking and communication methods that reduce stress, cultivated through various experiences.
