Just by taking on-site work videos, we support visualization, work analysis, and skill transfer!
New Employee: "Senpai! I'm looking forward to working with you from today!" You: "I'm 〇〇, and I'll be in charge of your training from today. Nice to meet you!" New Employee: "Senpai! I already have a question. How do I do this task?" You: "(...it's quite difficult to explain this task verbally) I'll explain it now, so make sure to understand well." Is this kind of thing happening? By simply recording work videos, we support visualization, work analysis, and skill transfer! I believe many companies are creating work manuals for the purpose of training new employees, passing on skills, and standardizing tasks. However, despite the considerable effort required to create them, it can be challenging to convey practical information from the field, such as subtle nuances during work. "TimePrism" is an improvement support tool that allows you to easily conduct work analysis and create work procedure manuals just by filming videos. By recording videos and analyzing the work content, you can simultaneously create work manuals with videos, enabling the creation of more practical work procedure manuals.

basic information
"TimePrism" is an improvement support tool that allows for easy work analysis simply by recording videos. The method is simple: record the work on-site using a video camera or smartphone, and while playing back the footage on a computer, divide the work. By categorizing the divided tasks into value-adding tasks, ancillary tasks, and wasteful tasks, you can analyze the work. Additionally, based on the content of the work analysis, a video-supported work manual can be created simultaneously, enabling the development of more practical work procedures. 【Features (partial)】 ■ Work Analysis - By dividing tasks, you can analyze value-adding tasks, ancillary tasks, and wasteful tasks. ■ Comparison Videos - By comparing the work of veterans and newcomers, you can identify waste in the work and standardize processes. ■ Work Organization - By balancing the line, you can improve productivity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
