We would like to introduce a case study of our food samples being implemented at the Tenka Hama Market Sendai Station East Exit store. As part of the spring promotional campaign, we introduced food samples to highlight the store's featured items, "sashimi platter" and "yakitori platter," focusing on all-you-can-drink options. As a result of the implementation, every customer group (1 table) ordered "sashimi" and "yakitori" with a 100% probability, and the all-you-can-drink orders increased by 20%. We have been able to control orders effectively, leading to increased sales.
