In this property, galvanized steel pipes (SGP) are used for the water supply piping, and at 35 years old, it was diagnosed that the pipe's lifespan was only 2 months due to frequent leaks and the occurrence of red water. To prevent red rust and extend the life of the piping, an "NMR Pipe Protector" was installed. Before installation, water quality tests showed an iron content of 0.5 mg/l and the presence of dark red water, but six days after installation, the iron content dropped to below 0.05 mg/l and the red water was completely eliminated. Subsequently, water quality tests conducted 14 and 20 years after installation showed that red rust had completely disappeared, and new leaks were entirely prevented, proving the rehabilitation of the piping.
