This property has been in existence for 37 years, and due to the use of SGP (galvanized steel pipes) in the water supply pipes, there has been an occurrence of red water. Furthermore, updating the piping requires a huge cost, and the necessary water outage work during the pipe renewal could not be carried out due to business operations within the building, making it impossible to repair the piping. Therefore, we adopted the "NMR Pipe Protector," which prevents the occurrence of red rust in the pipes by converting it to black rust without allowing red rust to flow out, thereby extending the life of the piping.
