- Despite its reasonable price, this unit can create a vacuum environment and perform nitrogen purging, preventing oxidation of solder on electronic components and circuit boards, making reflow possible! - With its ultra-lightweight and compact design, it is one of the smallest in the world, making it easy to install in labs! - Since it can perform vacuum and nitrogen purging, it can reduce the occurrence of voids and solder balls. *Maintains an inert gas atmosphere like N2 for extended periods. - High temperature control capability with PID control! (Recommended hot plate: when combined with As One ND-1A) - The use of a glass window makes it easy to check the condition of the circuit board inside the reflow oven. - Can be used in places without piping facilities by combining a general-purpose regulator (replaceable gas cylinder) and a small vacuum pump. - Temperature profiles that were not possible with previous models can now be set using the hot plate's programming function. - Temperature profiles can be output to a PC (software included). *USB cable sold separately. - Many options available, including manometers, regulators, gas cylinders (N2), vacuum pumps, etc.!
