Significant simplification of operations is possible! It has strong features against contamination.
This device detects the genes of Bordetella pertussis and Mycoplasma pneumoniae in nasopharyngeal swabs, as well as Legionella species in sputum. By fully automating the entire process from sample preprocessing (nucleic acid extraction and purification) to amplification and detection, significant simplification of operations is possible. Additionally, the housing has a sealed structure, making it resistant to contamination.
