The corrosion-resistant alloy vessel ZV series is a high-pressure decomposition reaction container suitable for zeolite synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, research and development of nanomaterials and functional materials, and subcritical water applications. It can be used for tests at a design temperature of 300°C and up to 8.59 MPa. The standard capacities are available in four sizes: 25ml, 50ml, 75ml, and 100ml. Reactions within the corrosion-resistant alloy inner vessel allow for a wide range of fluids, from acids to alkaline solutions, with optimal material selection. The vessel can be made from PEEK or PTFE, and most components other than the inner container are nearly interchangeable. It is compact and easy to handle, suitable for numerous comparative tests of small volumes using oven heating or oil baths. ■ Inner container materials: PTFE, PEEK, stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS329J4L, S32750, S31254), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy59, MAT21, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Incoloy (Incoloy 825), nickel (Ni201), Monel (M400), Carpenter (C20Cb3), zirconium (Zr702).
