This product is exposed to wind, rain, and ultraviolet rays on the outside, and water flows inside, necessitating painting. First, a type of shot blasting was used for surface preparation to remove dirt and uneven areas. After that, three layers of paint were applied. Since the painting specifications differ between the exterior and interior of this product, masking is done to prevent paint from getting on the inner surface before painting. The outer diameter is approximately φ3000, and the weight is about 5 tons. For the exterior painting specifications, a two-component polyamide amine cured modified epoxy resin is used for the primer, the same type of resin for the intermediate coat, and a two-component polyamide amine cured modified epoxy resin-based enamel for the top coat, resulting in a total film thickness of 120 μm. This product is finished without defects such as drips, painting failures, or insufficient film thickness.
