By optimizing the solid elements that form the spot welding parts, we reduce the number of spots.
Using topology optimization features, we sought an optimal arrangement from the candidates for spot welding with a limited number of spots. As a result, we were able to reduce the number of spots according to the presence or absence of solid elements in the spot welding areas and determine an optimal arrangement.
