No leaking information and no stopping the service! Building a system in anticipation of a major disaster in the country!
The major catalyst for the widespread adoption of safety confirmation services was the Great East Japan Earthquake. At that time, voice communications were restricted, and many people have memories of being unable to contact others by phone. This document provides a detailed explanation of measures to ensure that services can be reliably used during disasters, aimed at those responsible for finding such services. We encourage you to read it. Company information
Toyokumo aims to continuously challenge itself to provide services that become part of corporate culture, rather than simply aiming to offer services that become a trend. This will be achieved by anticipating the ever-changing times and preparing solutions before customers even think, "It would be nice to have this." Additionally, with a focus on service perspectives that are unprecedented, easy operations, simple functions, and an easy-to-understand user interface, we want to provide services that can be used with confidence by IT beginners who do not regularly utilize computers or smartphones, thereby supporting the first steps towards digitalization in companies.
