Lightweight partitions and RC walls supported! A wall that can be removed only when needed. This removable machine hatch is convenient for use as a wall on a daily basis and for creating an opening for large machinery replacement or maintenance that occurs a few times a year or once every few years. The outer frame attached to the wall is made of aluminum extruded material, and the frame depth can be set in 10mm increments from 110mm to 200mm. We attach welding anchors to the frame according to the frame depth dimensions before shipping, allowing for flexible responses to welding fixes for lightweight partitions and RC walls. It can also be made without a bottom frame for three-sided frames, which can facilitate the entry and exit of large machinery, but unevenness in the floor can affect the installation, so it is necessary to ensure a level floor surface. In four-sided frames, the bottom frame can often be an obstruction, but it can be made removable.

It is also possible to ship with decorative sheets as an option. ✔ The interior of the panel is a combination of aluminum frames and honeycomb or styrene foam (non-combustible cases use non-combustible polystyrene foam), making it very lightweight. ✔ A wide range of options unique to cleanroom door manufacturers, including tapered door windows and grilles. ✔ High dimensional accuracy produced by a cleanroom door manufacturer, with all custom-made to 1mm increments. *Note 1: The outer frame is anodized, and the door body is wrapped with aluminum edge material, making it unsuitable for on-site SOPs. In this case, please ensure that the surface material, edge material, and outer frame are pre-coated with baked paint or apply decorative sheets on-site or at the factory. *Note: If opting for a removable lower frame, the lower frame cannot be filled with mortar.
