Prepare an adapter for the interlock control panel!
The ISI series can be used as a dedicated interlock control panel for opening doors; however, it cannot be used for interlock control with automatic sliding doors or retrofitted electromagnetic locks and pin-type solenoid locks without designing and manufacturing a dedicated control panel each time. When interlocking control is applied between automatic sliding doors, it is often controlled solely by exchanging signals between the controllers of the automatic sliding doors. This leads to the problem that both doors may open when the activation switches are turned ON almost simultaneously. To resolve these issues, we have prepared a dedicated adapter for the ISI series interlock control panel. The ISI-AD is an adapter that enables interlock control for automatic sliding doors, retrofitted electromagnetic locks, and pin-type solenoid locks, and it can be used with the ISI series. It is compact in size, fitting into a single switch box or within the rail of an automatic sliding door. For interlock control of automatic sliding doors, it is a prerequisite that the controller of the automatic sliding door has interlock signal input/output terminals, and it is essential to use the ISI series interlock control panel for interlock control.

■ ISI-AD1 This is an adapter that enables interlock control with hinged doors, automatic sliding doors, seat shutters, and retrofitted electromagnetic locks. ■ Air Lock Adapter Box In explosion-proof areas of factories and research facilities that handle hazardous materials with the risk of ignition, fire, or explosion, there are restrictions on the types of electric locks that can be used for access control and interlock control at entrances and exits, as using electric locks can lead to sparks or heat generation, potentially causing explosions or fires. The air lock is suitable for hinged doors in such explosion-proof areas. The air lock conversion adapter box converts electrical signals to air signals or vice versa, and is used to control the locking and unlocking of air locks. It should be installed outside the explosion-proof area, with air piping required for the explosion-proof area. ■ Metal Mall For exposed types (with box), we offer various options for metal malls for wiring concealment.
