The biggest feature of the ultra-lightweight steel flush door "DSR40" is that it is incredibly light. The thickness of the steel plate used for the door itself is 0.4mm, which is about 1/4 of a typical steel door and half the weight compared to a standard lightweight steel door. The frame is made of aluminum extrusions, and strength is maintained with honeycomb material and insulation. The outer frame is made of approximately 1.6mm thick bent steel plate, allowing it to be installed in various wall types. Surrounding the door is a silver aluminum edge, providing a metallic accent. This ultra-lightweight steel flush door is utility-friendly for general construction walls, accommodating various options such as windows, grilles, Gremlin handles, and auto bottoms. *Note: It does not qualify as a specific fire protection facility or fire protection equipment. For fire protection equipment for lightweight steel doors, please refer to "DSST-A" or "DSST-R." Manufactured by a cleanroom door manufacturer with high dimensional accuracy, all doors are custom-made to 1mm increments.

If changing to aluminum or stainless steel, the surface material will be 0.5mm. *2 Our standard door grilles (optional) do not have rain protection. *3 If you want to change the outer frame to a material other than steel or change the surrounding aluminum edge to steel or stainless steel, please contact us. *4 If no specifications are provided, it will be our designated acrylic resin coating. If specified in advance, it can also be done with urethane-based paint or fluororesin paint. *5 The outer frame can be painted on-site, but there may be cases where on-site painting of the door body cannot be accommodated.
