Measuring while checking the specifications! An example of a part that can only be removed when production is stopped.
We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured equipment parts without drawings. We received a request to "update the arm for grabbing existing rolls." During production breaks, we researched the approximate sizes, processing details, and materials, and provided a quotation. We inquired about the intended use, and since the relationship between the bent claws that fit the inner diameter of the roll and the distance from the arm attachment to the claws could be misaligned, potentially causing issues when grabbing the product, we took measurements while confirming the specifications with the customer. 【Case Overview】 ■ Industry: Film Manufacturing ■ Target: Film Manufacturing Maintenance ■ Request Details: Manufacturing of equipment parts without drawings ■ Construction Duration: Approximately 2 weeks *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. Key service areas: Mie Prefecture, Kitasei District, Chusei District (surrounding Mie).

basic information
【Customer Requests】 ■ I want to update the arm for gripping the existing roll, but I have no idea about the drawings or where it was made at that time. ■ It can only be removed when production is stopped due to the necessity of the parts for production, and I cannot lend it after it has been removed. ■ First, I would like a rough estimate, and then I want detailed measurements taken on-site after the order is placed. ■ Since the measurements can only be taken when the equipment is stopped, I would like you to come to the site at the specified date and time to take a look. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
