Hearing about the customer's usage environment and operational methods! A case study created with a focus on ease of use.
We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a wooden stamp holder. We received a rough image from the customer and conducted interviews to understand their usage environment and operational methods. Based on that information, we held discussions with our partner company. We focused on usability, considering the hole diameter for storing the stamps, the pitch of the storage holes, the depth of the storage holes, and even the angle of the holes for insertion, confirming each detail with the customer during production. Initially, we planned to carve the holder in the shape of the alphabet to designate the fixed positions for the stamps. However, due to increased costs and limited durability, we proposed using label tape for position designation, which also helped keep costs down. [Case Overview] ■ Industry: Steel Industry ■ Subject: Stamp Holder ■ Request: Production of Stamp Holder ■ Construction Duration: 7 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. basic information
【Customer Requests】 ■ Until now, we have been storing the alphabet stamps all together in one box, but they get mixed up and are difficult to manage. We would like a storage stand that considers ease of use and other factors. ■ Since there is a risk of the stamping parts being worn down with resin or metal, we would prefer it to be made of wood if possible. ■ We have an image in mind, but we are unsure how to store them for ease of use, so we would like you to consider and propose solutions for that as well. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
