Here is an example of a request we received from a customer for the proposal and production of a testing jig. We reviewed the current testing methods and looked at photos taken during work when visiting other business locations, and we discussed the product to be tested. Considering the need to minimize the gap between the product being tested and the jig for better workability, we proposed a butt-joint type jig. Additionally, we suggested creating a plate to serve as a base, allowing for height adjustments. We produced one unit as a trial, and since it met the customer's expectations, we were able to receive an additional order for two more units.
