We propose using tinplate material! An example of a design that combines flexibility with a duct hose.
We would like to introduce a case study of parts processing for air conditioning ducts that we conducted. In the field, there were instances where two people were working together, but the current air conditioning system only provided airflow to one person, leaving the other completely without airflow. Therefore, we visited the site to first assess the situation. We proposed a method to create and install a Y-branch duct to ensure that both individuals receive airflow. Since the dimensions were outside standard specifications, we took measurements of the actual air conditioning duct. The main duct was 250mm in diameter, and the Y-branch part was 125mm x 2. To prevent the possibility of the material falling due to its weight, we chose galvanized steel. [Case Overview] ■ Industry: Automotive parts manufacturing ■ Subject: Duct ■ Request: Split the air conditioning duct into two branches ■ Construction duration: Approximately 10 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. Key service areas: Mie Prefecture, Hokusei and Chusei regions (surrounding Mie).
