It is widely used as a light source for line CCD in the inspection of liquid crystal glass substrates!
For example, when arranging multiple LED light sources in a one-dimensional line for line CCD lighting, it is obvious that diffusing them in a circular manner is inefficient. By diffusing the light in an elliptical shape, efficient lighting can be achieved. In this column, we will introduce photos that demonstrate the realization of a line light source using a super-ellipse diffusion plate that diffuses at 60 degrees on the horizontal axis and only 1 degree on the vertical axis, with a red laser marker as the light source. Please take a moment to read it. [Contents] ■ Lens diffusion plate that diffuses in an ellipse *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Optical technology has become indispensable for advanced technologies and cutting-edge products. However, optical technology encompasses a wide range of fields, with specialized areas that are finely divided. Even when concepts realized through optical technology hit a wall, there are not many places to consult for solutions. We are experts in problem-solving specialized in optics. We provide solutions for the development of optical systems and optical units that respond to various properties of light, from the conceptual stage to prototyping and mass production, all in one go. Our goal is a society where "products that change the future" are created as envisioned by engineers. A society where "concepts that change the future" are realized in the shortest time possible. If such a society is realized, people's lives will become more convenient and prosperous. We believe in the diverse and great power of optics, and today, we continue to resolve the "troubles" of optics with clarity.
