The Vaisala Polaris PR53M PTFE process refractometer is ideal for measuring strong chemicals in the chemical and semiconductor industries due to its high resistance to chemicals and pure durability in the harshest environments. The integrated ultra-pure PTFE flow cell has no metal wetted parts, making it perfect for contact with strong chemicals. The PR53M can be installed on a ½ inch process line with a standard NTP screw connection. This measuring instrument is ready to use straight out of the box, with no need for on-site setup. You can select a calibration curve from Vaisala's library of over 500 that converts refractive index values to concentration, and start measuring from the pre-installed calibration curve in the factory.
