The Dry Mat is a composite mat that consists of a three-dimensional mesh structure made of polyester, which is impregnated with a special cement mortar (wave net). Before use, it is soft and fits the unevenness of the ground, and after being fixed with anchors, it hardens like plaster through hydration reactions caused by rainwater or sprinkling, serving as an erosion prevention mat. Inside the Dry Mat, there is cement mortar (cement and fine aggregates), which, when water is applied, reacts through hydration to form cement particles that bond with the polyester mesh structure over time, leading to solidification and hardening. It is easy to install even for ordinary workers, and with a maximum weight of 30 kg per roll, it is convenient for use in sites where machine transport is difficult, such as mountains. Since it is a product registered with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism "NETIS" (CG-220028-A), it can be advantageously used in public works projects.

【Product Basic Information】 The product is available in: - Standard (10m roll, approximately 29kg) - Half (5m roll, approximately 15kg) - Short (2m roll, approximately 6kg) All types have a width of 600mm, a thickness of 5mm, and are colored dark brown. When overlapping products during installation, a lap of 50mm is assumed. We also provide anchor pins for securing the product, so please contact us for more information. 【Points to Note】 Regarding the color of the product, after applying water and curing the cement, the color may change to a whitish hue due to the cement components, but this is not a defect of the product. Cutting the product is possible, but it should be done before curing. In this case, please ensure to cover the cut area with tape or similar, as the cement encapsulated inside may spill out from the cut edge.
