Due to the prolonged "COVID-19 pandemic," many companies are advancing their transition to telework and remote meetings. The traditional "document management consulting" that relies on repeated face-to-face interactions and office visits carries various risks, and consultants are required to implement countermeasures. "Remote Document Management" is an app for consultants that allows them to conduct document management consulting without meeting clients in person. Since our establishment in 1998, we have provided consulting services that address our clients' document management challenges, working together with them to achieve visible results. In recent years, advancements in communication technology and the enhancement of meeting tools have continuously expanded the range of work that can be done "without direct contact." We considered whether we could remote-enable and app-enable traditional tasks such as hearings and on-site investigations by leveraging these technologies. By merging years of know-how with new technologies, we have developed "document management consulting that fits the times," thoughtfully considering the perspectives of both consultants and clients.
