Case: The synchronous pump and high-tonnage cylinder stabilize the ship's cruising range.
The body and plunger cylinder have a strong and corrosion-resistant soft nitriding finish!
To support the construction of the new Joint Support Ship (JSS), the team at Seaspan Shipyards, based in Vancouver, aimed to find a more effective way to keep the vessel level throughout the project. To move large and heavy objects effectively, safely, and accurately, precise control and synchronized movement of all lifting points are required. To achieve this, the "Enerpac EVO synchronized lifting pump" and 12 "high-capacity hydraulic lifting cylinders" were specified and supplied by the local Enerpac distributor, Hyseco. By using only one operator to control 12 lift points from a single intuitive interface, productivity and accuracy were improved, ultimately helping to maintain the structural integrity as the build progressed. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
