We would like to introduce a case where we provided a hydraulic solution that pulled out the pin within 15 minutes!
All boreholes of oil wells being drilled must be covered with durable materials to prevent contamination and provide structural support during drilling. The elevator spider is used as a guide to center each casing, and the pins need to be replaced with each drilling to remove corrosion and dirt that accumulates during the process. Additionally, the existing process for removing the pins at MOISS took up to four hours and required continuous hammering. The spindle bar passes through the center of the "RCH series" hollow cylinder attached to a metal sleeve and connects to the pins of the elevator spider. The "RCH series hollow plunger hydraulic cylinder" equipped with the "P series Ultima hydraulic hand pump" provides a hydraulic solution to pull out the pins in under 15 minutes, saving the maintenance team several hours. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
