We would like to introduce a case where we received a request for cleaning work from a customer who said, "The U-shaped drainage on the premises has become difficult to pass due to increased water levels from recent heavy rain, and it's causing problems." We visited the site with our partner company, removed the covers of the drainage channels to investigate where leaves and other debris were causing the water to rise, and confirmed the range of cleaning work to be performed. On the day of the work, we removed all the covers and grates of the drainage channels within the designated area and removed the soil that was clogged in the gaps of the covers. The area we worked on was approximately 13 meters, and the work was completed in about 2 hours.
