◆Digitizing the large volume of forms generated on-site On February 14, 2023, MC Data Plus Co., Ltd. announced that its construction site management service "Worksite," aimed at the construction industry, has been fully implemented at construction sites nationwide managed by Shimizu Corporation. Shimizu Corporation has been promoting the introduction of "Worksite" to improve the productivity of on-site management tasks through the digitization of forms such as daily work reports, work instructions, and safety environment logs, which are generated in large quantities on-site. ◆Labor aggregation is almost automated In this implementation, the initial setup proceeded smoothly due to the collaboration with MC Data Plus's already deployed "Green Site" across all sites, and future enhancements in functionality are also anticipated. Furthermore, through the integration with the access management system of "Green Site," labor aggregation at the site level has been almost fully automated. Additionally, the integration of scheduled work performance and heavy machinery operation data is being utilized for aggregation and analysis in subsequent processes at headquarters, branches, and sites. The approval function for scheduled work performance and the long-term storage of evidence through the archiving function after completion are expected to contribute to the promotion of paperless operations.
