Introducing seal labels made with adhesive processing on biomass plastic film!
Japan, the world's second-largest "egg-consuming country," has an annual consumption of 340 eggs per person. Every year, "200,000 tons" of eggshells are discarded. Among them, eggshells used for commercial and processing purposes are treated as industrial waste, but recently, there has been a trend towards reusing them as "natural calcium carbonate" for fertilizers and food ingredients. We have started mass production of a seal label called 'Tamakarā' (Egg from Label), which is made by grinding these eggshells into a fine powder and mixing them with plastic materials at a ratio of 51%, and then applying adhesive processing to the biomass plastic film. The surface of the label has a unique rough texture that is rarely seen elsewhere. It also features controlled adhesive properties for "easy peeling." If discarded, it becomes waste; if mixed, it becomes a resource. This is 'Tamakarā' (Egg from Label). *In addition to Tamakarā, our company offers environmentally friendly labels that are necessary for a sustainable circular society, based on the concept of 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) + Renewable (switching to renewable resources) under the "Haru Pro(R) Green Series."
