The "Wilson VH3100/3300" is a Vickers hardness tester and automatic hardness testing machine. With its edge modular frame, stage, optical design, and fully functional user interface, it meets the advanced hardness testing requirements of our customers. Additionally, our DiaMet hardness testing software is designed for full automation, allowing for accurate hardness testing to be performed automatically in a short time. 【Features】 - Vertical testing heights of 10 inches and 14 inches (254mm and 356mm) - Integration with DiaMet software. - Clamping device with automatic stop function securely holds samples during testing. - Adjustable LED workspace lighting. - Various sizes of indenter extensions available, enabling testing of samples with complex shapes. - 0.75 in (19mm) pin anvil is compatible with our Rockwell hardness testers, Wilson RB2000 and R574 models. - The operation panel can be detached for remote operation. - Data transfer via USB memory is possible. - Equipped with Rockwell high-speed mode, allowing test results to be checked in seconds.
