Traditionally, the dimension setting for the cutting machine was done using a tape measure, but now it has been simplified and made easy by sliding the stopper while looking at the digital display of the dimensions for positioning. ◇ Easy Slide-Type Dimension Setting By sliding the contact surface, the distance to the cutting position is displayed on the LCD screen of the dimensioning machine. Since you can set the dimensions while visually confirming them, it helps prevent input errors and malfunctions due to unfamiliarity with the operation. Additionally, by turning the dial, fine adjustments can be made in increments of 0.1mm. ◇ Achieve Accurate Work! The standalone product for fixed-size guides is "DigiPitat!" It can be used by attaching it to a workbench prepared by the customer.
Integrated Digital Length Guide for Workbench 1000mm Type 2000mm Type 3000mm Type
The integrated unit with a digital fixed-size guide pre-installed on the workbench is called "DigiPitat! Basis." You can use it simply by placing it next to your existing cutting machine.
Vertical guide stop bar (optional) Simply press the end of the angled cut round pipe against the receiving plate, and the vertical guide will correct the cutting surface in the vertical direction. By cutting the other side vertically with a metal saw, the cutting orientation at both ends will align perfectly without any twisting. (Pipe diameter: 21.7–48.6φ Applicable angle: 45°)
