Due to the diverse arrangements with suppliers, the variety of products, and the complexity of inventory management, discrepancies in product information frequently occurred. Since strengthening relationships with suppliers was also a challenge, we utilized WEB EDI to automatically link order information, receipt information, payment notifications, and more. As a result, we achieved a reduction in the operational burden and discrepancies related to supplier operations, enabling immediate information sharing with suppliers and strengthening trust. Additionally, by managing purchased and consigned goods by store and SKU, we improved the accuracy of inventory management for each while also leading to reductions in inventory levels and discrepancies.
