Transforming store terminals into tablets! Achieving efficient store management and reducing headquarters workload.

Until now, the headquarters had been storing, setting up, and deploying store terminals, which placed a burden on the IT department and made collaboration with the stores difficult. To achieve more efficient store management and reduce the workload at headquarters, we decided to transition to tablets during the core system migration and distribute them to each store. After the transition to tablets, operations became easier with touch panel controls, and sharing became smoother, allowing stores to send images of competitor stores to headquarters and headquarters to send images of new products to the stores.
