Additionally, the Swan S-type is a cost-effective painting robot that enhances mass production efficiency, capable of carrying up to 4 guns and adapting to the flow of the line with continuous following and takt feeding. For mass production of smaller work sizes, the Super Spindle 300C is suitable.

Line Production-Compatible Robots Divided into Follow-Type and W-Turn Type: Soft Boy Pro Series Line production-compatible robots are painting robots that can be integrated into a production line, allowing the robot to paint in accordance with the speed of the line. They are the most effective painting robots for mass production in the Soft Boy Pro Series. By placing robots on the Dragon Line, which incorporates an accumulation mechanism into the conveyor line, it is possible to temporarily stop the conveyor line for the parts being painted and design a low-running-cost painting robot system that shortens the booth width. Additionally, among the Soft Boy Pro Series, the W-Turn type separates the line and the painting robot, connecting them through handling, and is categorized into two types: follow-type and W-turn (handling) type. We propose systems that achieve optimal and low-cost production based on production volume and the number of coats (colors).
