The diffusion plate is optimal for use in inspection and research applications where LED panels are used as a uniform bright surface light source. Our LED panels utilize a light guide plate method, allowing the panel surface to emit light uniformly, making them suitable for various inspection and research purposes. The light guide plate method involves shining light from LED chips onto a light guide plate (made of acrylic) that has a dot pattern printed on it, enabling efficient and uniform illumination of the entire panel surface with a minimal number of LED chips. The LED panel, with its low power consumption and high luminous efficiency, is an extremely eco-friendly light source. Additionally, by using a variable dimmer, you can adjust the brightness of the panel surface as desired, and we can also provide optimal surface light sources by drilling holes or altering the light guide plate. The "light guide plate + diffusion plate specification" involves incorporating (or placing) a diffusion plate on top of the light guide plate to make the module printing invisible. The diffusion plate is a product made of 1.6mm resin. We also sell components such as light guide plates, diffusion plates, and LED chips. These can be integrated into various LED panels (LED light panels / LED light modules / LED light sheets) to create "light guide plate + diffusion plate specification LED panels." In LED light panels, the thickness of the product does not change when integrated. (In LED light modules / LED light sheets, due to the heat dissipation frame, the thickness of the 2mm product will increase.) Depending on the type of inspection, you can brighten the surface of the plate and choose from four types of surface color temperatures: 3K, 4K, 5K, and 6K (standard). The color rendering index is Ra80 or higher.
